1. For Weekends and Public Holidays, an additional fee of S$20 per session.

2. Please provide all the necessary cleaning tools and materials. If provision is from us, there will be a $50 fee chargeable.

3. We seek your kind understanding that our housekeepers can only accomplish about 4 to 5 chores within a session of 4 hours.Do prioritise the chores you wish to be done.

4. For any cancellation/request of change, you will need to inform us two working days (48 hours) in advance to avoid a last-minute cancellation fee which is 50% of your booked fee.

5. Additional fees may apply and will be finalised by our team prior to confirmation.
